BuntuSpaces is owned and operated by MoStudios LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the BuntuSpaces website, dashboard, and related services.

MoStudios LLC manages BuntuSpaces through mostudios.io and the BuntuSpaces application experience.

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication data, and profile details when you create or manage an account.

We collect content you choose to upload or generate, including room photos, sketches, prompts, AI-generated images, folders, and related metadata needed to provide the service.

We collect transaction and subscription data needed to process purchases and manage billing through payment providers such as Stripe and subscription services such as RevenueCat where applicable.

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser details, device information, logs, timestamps, feature usage, and security events to operate, debug, and protect the service.

We use your information to create and manage your account, deliver AI image generation features, store your project history, process billing, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

We may use limited technical and usage information to improve product quality, analyze feature performance, detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and troubleshoot operational issues.

We use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate BuntuSpaces. These may include hosting and deployment providers, authentication and database providers such as Supabase, payment providers such as Stripe, AI model and inference providers, file storage services, rate-limiting or caching providers, and analytics or logging tools.

These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to deliver their services to us.

When you upload photos, sketches, prompts, masks, or related instructions, we may send that content to AI service providers to generate, refine, or edit outputs. Generated results may also be stored in your account history so you can access them later.

You should not upload content that you are not authorized to use or content containing sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable with that content being processed by our service providers for the purpose of providing the AI features.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, payment processors, cloud vendors, legal authorities when required, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale involving MoStudios LLC.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms, investigate fraud or abuse, protect users, or comply with law.

We retain account, billing, and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you delete your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify data associated with your account, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access and update certain account information within the app. You may also request account deletion through the product experience, subject to active billing or legal constraints.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. We will review and respond as required by applicable law.

BuntuSpaces is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our vendors or infrastructure providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of BuntuSpaces after changes take effect means the updated policy will apply going forward.
