These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BuntuSpaces and related services operated by MoStudios LLC. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use BuntuSpaces.

BuntuSpaces provides AI-assisted tools for transforming interiors, exteriors, landscaping concepts, sketches, and related visual design workflows. Features may change over time and may depend on your subscription level or account status.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use another person’s account or access the service in a way that bypasses authentication, billing, security controls, or technical restrictions.

BuntuSpaces may offer free usage tiers, paid subscriptions, or one or more feature tiers. Paid access is billed through the payment method or platform provider associated with your subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not want future charges.

Free generations, promotional usage, or trial features may be limited, modified, or discontinued at any time.

You retain ownership of content you upload to BuntuSpaces, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, transmit, store, modify, and display that content solely to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use any content you submit.

AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for real-world construction, engineering, permitting, or professional reliance. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before using it for business, design, or personal decisions.

You may not use BuntuSpaces outputs or services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, abusive, or rights-violating purposes.

You may not reverse engineer the service, abuse the API or UI, scrape or copy the service at scale, upload malware, interfere with other users, evade usage limits, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to create illegal or infringing content.

The BuntuSpaces service, branding, software, interface design, and related materials are owned by MoStudios LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit the service or its underlying materials.

We may suspend or terminate access to BuntuSpaces if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain obligations, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, survive termination.

BuntuSpaces is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoStudios LLC disclaims warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoStudios LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to BuntuSpaces.

If liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of MoStudios LLC for claims arising out of or relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to BuntuSpaces during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MoStudios LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If you continue using BuntuSpaces after updated Terms take effect, the updated Terms will apply to your continued use.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state or jurisdiction in which MoStudios LLC is organized and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
